Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 administrative support for local and deployed users.
  • Monitor for and provide distribution (via existing software tools) of written notifications of authorized service interruptions, notices to airmen (NOTAMs), and communication tasking orders (CTOs).
  • Review and correct/provide corrective guidance regarding document formatting and requirements adherence.
  • Track acknowledgement and compliance of customer sites with distributed administrative documents.
  • Provide updates to the customer regarding status changes of existing ASIs.
  • Produce and compile customer site information daily for leadership briefings.
  • Manage customer access to document tracking tools.
  • Provide training to contractor and military personnel.
  • Support creation of daily AFCENT communication status report as required.
  • Maintain Heads-Up Display (HUD) tickets to coordinate with sites to track unscheduled outages at the site level.
  • Provide General Networking support.
  • Provide LAN support.
  • Provide WAN Enterprise support.
  • Provide technical and general O&M support as required.
  • Provide documentation/reports support as required.
  • Provide meetings/briefings support as required.
  • Provide functional training support as required.
  • Provide OCONUS deployment/TDY travel support as required.
  • Provide CONUS TDY support as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years’ relevant experience.
  • LAN and WAN Enterprise support experience.
  • Must possess experience and demonstrate an understanding of Microsoft server installation, roles, active directory, storage, performance management, and maintenance.
  • Secret clearance required.

 

Certifications

  • CCNA
