Overview

This role serves as the Process Analyst for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rocket Lab specialized IT support at Edwards AFB, CA. Creates, maintains, and updates knowledge management services to include internal and external processes, procedures, and continuity handbooks for the ARTEMIS VI and the RQIC branch

Responsibilities

  • Provides and maintains knowledge management services for the AFRL Rocket Lab.
  • Captures and documents lessons learned.
  • Works with technicians to document processes and procedures.
  • Update and submit monthly and quarterly CDRLs.
  • Create and maintain continuity handbooks.
  • All work on knowledge management services is detailed and tracked using the Web Help Desk (WHD) ticketing system.
  • Attend and take notes for weekly Sync Meetings.
  • Update and maintain Weekly Priority List.

Qualifications

  • 2 years customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate, written and verbally, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Holds a Help Desk Institute Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) certification (preferred).
  • DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher.
