Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach (emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.,) that result in new business for SMS.
  • Qualify leads from a variety of sources, including but not limited to, personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound, and AWS, for Account Executive.
  • Focus on creating, sharing, and running prospecting campaigns independently and with our partners.
  • Understand customer needs and how SMS solutions can benefit them.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in CRM.
  • Capable of interacting with C-level executives via phone and email.
  • Research and identify potential clients in target industries for SMS’s cloud services.
  • Be aware of and support a wide variety of marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud technology.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities and lead generation metrics.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales pitches for cloud services.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess potential clients' cloud needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related working experience.
  • 1-3 Years of Sales Development, Sales Experience, or Business Development
  • "Raise the Bar" attitude
  • Customer focused
  • Enthusiastic and "entrepreneurial" personality
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
