     Must have DAU (Defense Acquisition University) experience


    The Candidate shall:

    • Have a Bachelors degree in a field appropriate to training management
    • Have a minimum experience of six years rlevant to training requirements support
    • Shall conduct surveys and analyze collected data in order to understand training needs and assess training requirements, propose alternatives for training methods, implement training methods and lead training efforts for Government-selected options
    • Provide training packages to meet specific needs, to include Sexual Harrassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP)
    • Develop and administer assigned training and certificatoin programs to update the skill base and remain in compliance with the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)
    • Manage all aspects of education and training processes within the JPEO organizatoin, including administrative policies and procedures, curricula, accreditation and certification requirements
    • Conduct assessments of training needs and formulate training agreements
    • Serve as a main Customer Service Point of Contact for the JPEO workforce
    • Advise team members, supervisors and senior level management on policy, instructions and procedures governing the overall management of the training program
    • Assist with the honary awards program
    • Support policy development for training initiatives
