    Must have TDA (Table of Distribution and Allowances( and POM (Program Objective Memorandum)


    The Candidate shall

    • Have a Bachelors degree in a field appropriate to organizational design / strategic planning.
    • Have minimum experience of eight years relevant to organizational design / strategic planning.
    • Perform organizatoinal assessments and data analyses to design recommendations for the JPEO A&A Human Resources Department
    • Serve as the central G1 manpower coordinator, to manage the coordination of manpower data, maintain the Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA), if applicable, all related pilot programs, and coordinate mandated manpower studies and surveys.
    • Prepare and formulate the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) actions to include Schedule 8s (if applicable), TDA updates (if applicable), manpower projections and/or utilization by budget programs.
    • Maintain oversight of tasks such as awards guidance; AcaDemo; Total Army Performance Evaluation System (TAPES) and Position Requirements Document and Position Description (PRD/PD) review
