SMS, a fast growing, veteran-owned business that has supported Federal Government's IT initiatives for over four decades, is seeking a Corporate Director of Recruiting to manage our team of technical recruiters. In this role, you will manage the overall hiring initiatives as we seek new talent for our organization. You will be responsible for building a team of technical recruiters and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. The Director of Recruiting will work closely with our technical recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The Director of Recruiting will work closed with the executive management team and reports to the President. To be successful in this role, the Director of Recruiting will have a solid recruitment background with a passion for developing a strong talent pool and meeting/exceeding hiring targets.
