    Responsibilities

    PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Location is McLean, VA and Office presence is required every day. No telecommuting

    • At least 5 to 6 years of Full Life Cycle recruiting experience in IT/Federal contracting
    • Manage entire process of sourcing, qualifying, screening, interviewing, offer and onb oarding for requisitions assigned
    • In depth knowledge of Federal IT Contracting environment.
    • Attention to detail
    • In depth understanding of DoD Staffing, sklls requirements, security clearance and certifications required.
    • Prepare and advertise job postings for internal vacancies.
    • Participate in candidate pre-screening and initial selection for hiring managers requesting recruiting assistance.
    • Comply with all employment laws, policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
    • Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to create recruiting best practices, standards and guidelines.
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency that paces current recruiting initiatives.
    • Attend job fairs (on and off campus).
    • Actively recruit by performing job board resume searches and networking.
    • Perform all other recruiting tasks as assigned by the Recruiting Manager. 

     

    Knowledge and Skills:

     

    • 6 years’ working experience in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills

     

    Experience:

     

    This position requires at least 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment within a Federal Contracting environment. 

    No relocation assistance provided

    No telecommuting - Office presence required every day on core hours
