Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of experience in the information technology field, with 3+ years of experience in the information security field. 
  • Expertise with security vulnerabilities and the ability to conduct application analysis, malware analysis, protocol analysis, and debugging. 
  • Strong understanding of threat modeling and attack vector analysis. 
  • Experience with identification of vulnerabilities with automated tools, manual techniques, and crafting proof of concepts for exploitation. 
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools. 
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems and networking protocols as well as database systems, web servers, application servers, firewalls, routers, load balancers, switches, and different types of middleware. 
  • Five to seven years of application development skills and experience with Oracle eBusiness 11i, 10g Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, SQL, database stored procedures/functions/packages and APEX development
  • Well-versed on Oracle terminology, the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications and federal financial modules
  • Awareness of Oracle eBusiness Suite development processes and methodologies such as OA Framework development, security, best practices, workflow, Oracle forms, and Oracle reports.
  • Call Center/Helpdesk support software.

Qualifications

  • Five to eight years of progressively responsible desktop engineering with experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments. Individual must have high degree of skills with the MS Office toolsets.
  • Applicant must possess refined critical thinking skills, should be a self-starter, diplomatic, multi-task capable, adaptive to a dynamic environment, dependable and reliable.  Prior experience in a government consulting services environment is required.

Preferred Skills

  • J2EE, including: EJB, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), Struts, Hibernate
  • Experience with highly customized 12C Oracle Forms

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management or MIS related field.
