The ITM Implementation Manager provides technical and administrative leadership to assigned project(s) or task(s). They are responsible for enabling collaboration and communication across the team throughout the implementation stage of the project for each site. This includes managing the day to day stand up meetings, identifying issues/risks, and raising those up to the customer with proposed solutions. This position reports to the ITM Implementation Lead.
Candidates must have an active passport with the ability to travel up to 40% internationally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
10-15 years of related experience including systems engineering and project management
Demonstrated experience managing Information Technology (IT) implementations (prefer experience managing a globally dispersed team in a matrixed organization)
Demonstrated ability to manage project related documentation (e.g. Project Implementation Plan) throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and raise/address issues for immediate resolution.
