  • Hands on routing and switching experience
  • Experience with submitting a RFC/PPS JRSS knowledge
  • Have the ability to provided support to the network implementation of COTS or GOTS developed capabilities or systems in accordance with DoD and Army guidelines on the Army's network
  • Understand and support the system administration of software, systems, or suite of tools and coordinate efforts for required tasks
  • Knowledgeable in developing Tactics, Techniques and Processes (TTP), Implementation Plans, System Diagrams and other documentation to assist in on-boarding enduring capabilities in accordance with Army policy and guidelines
  • Experience in document review of Department of Defense (DoD), Joint, and Army documentation to ensure architecture is compliant with all guidance and policy directives
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical support services
  • Provide general policy guidance and broad objectives to be achieved In-depth knowledge in developing systems management, Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Evaluation Criteria documentation
  • Assist with short and long term plans with technology initiatives, policies, programs and business processes
  • Providing technical expertise in the development and maintenance of outlined Project Plans and Integrated Scheduling government leadership
  • Monitoring and documenting project implementation activities using established Government guidelines and reporting procedures
  • Identifying any potential changes needed in the project schedule or performance
  • Documenting gap analysis, staging, and installation, testing within the established schedule, operational milestones in support of the assigned capability
  • Experience in developing and sustaining Enterprise Project Management (EPM) that exhibits the project progress and defines specific work required to accomplish the objective
  • Assist in creating, reviewing and updating documents and matrices, and provide status reports
  • Develop charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams that identify trends to assist in the analysis of capability problems



Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management or MIS related field



Active DoD Secret security clearance
